Naked Bicycles and Design builds frames and bikes for various bike types: mountain bikes (mtb), racing, touring, cruisers and commuting, and tandem. Most Naked frames are TIG welded, a clean precision welding process, and built from steel and/or aluminum, or titanium, with carbon options. -
Atomlab
Atomlab bike frames are built for off-road and up-ramp, competition riding, BMX and MTB racing. Their frames weigh in at 5.4 pounds. -
KHE
KHE builds BMX parts and complete bikes. Their various frames fall under the categories for flatland bikes and street bikes, but all designed to handle tricks. The average weight of a KHE frame is 1.95kg/4.3lbs. -
Salsa Cycles
Salsa frames are built from scandium alloy tubing, with models in 26", 29" and 700c sizes, for cyclocross racing, trail riding and mountain bikes. -
Surly
Surly builds frames and complete bikes. Frames include traditional road bike geometries, BMX, a unicycle frame, and a cargo hauling model known as the Big Dummy which is designed with a limit of 400 lbs (rider and cargo). -
Sette
Sette frames range from the Ace XC and Flite AM shock absorbing suspension frames for cross country terrain, to carbon and alloy series for road or mountain bike. -
Bianchi
Bianchi frames include cross-terrain frames, those for casual and performance riding mountain bikes, and racing bikes in the HOC series that features the D2 model made of triathlon carbon and the 928 Carbon SL frame. -
Ritchey
Ritchey break-away frames are built in road, cyclocross and MTB geometries, including titanium hardtail mountain bike and steel road singlespeed frames. They are available in custom heat treated Ritchey cromoly tubing, or in custom drawn 3/2.5 aerospace grade Titanium and carbon fiber. -

Soma frames are a collection of tig welded road, mountain bike and cross-purpose models and lugged models for road sport riding. -
Colnago
Colnago develops and builds framesets for performance racing. Two models for cyclo-cross are the Cross Prestige Carbon which was created for champion racer Sven Nys, and the Cross World Cup. The Cross World Cup’s frameset features heat treated 6000 series variable butted Aluminium frame tubing with round tube sections to make it easier to shoulder carry. At the top of Colnago’s monocoque frame MTB range the IBEX features a monocoque carbon fibre front triangle with an assembled rear triangle bonded by Colnago's proprietary process. The Extreme-C series is a special carbon fibre frame that in a sloping medium size weighs lass than 1000 grams.

Cinelli frames are built with Columbus tubes in materials ranging from Columbus niobium steel, neuron steel to carbon. Cinelli's Estrada series is Columbus monocoque custom carbon frame coupled with straight tusk monocoque fork. -
O'Neal
As part of their Azonic cycling line, O'Neal offers four series of frames, the Avenger, the B-52, Revenge, and Steelhead. The B-52 features ultra light T-7000 series aluminum, with a rear linkage system designed for taking huge drop impacts. Avenger frames, in three different sizes, come in at just under 8 pounds and are also made from the same aluminum as the B-52. -
Calfee Design
Calfee frames include models for road, mountain, triathlon/time trial, cyclocross, tandem, singlespeed/fixed gear and recumbent bicycles. They offer bamboo frames in many of those geometries. Models like the Dragonfly, which is also their lightest frame at 2.1lbs in a 54cm size, feature high modulus carbon fiber in all the tubes (55 msi) as well as the lug areas (42 msi), with Boron fiber incorporated for added durability. Calfee also builds custom frames. -
Soulcraft
Soulcraft bicycle frames include models like the Alma Pura, a lugged, fixed gear road frame, or the cyclocross geometry of the Groundskeeper. Soulcraft also makes mountain and singlespeed models. Tube lengths tend to be custom, as each rider is different. -

Oswald Cycle Works is a custom bicycle frame building shop. Oswald Cycle Works has made frames ranging from road bike geometries to 29er, MTB, and for touring use. -
Rock Lobster
Rock Lobster is a custom bicycle frame builder. Rock Lobster offers road, mountain, cyclocross, track geometries and specialty frames like tandem mountain and road models. Regular road frames sport features like 7005 UL, lugged or fillet-brazed construction. -
Thick
Thick is a custom bicycle frame builder making BMX frames, from industrial use design to cruising models and Full Suspension for downhill riding and big drop offs. Twenty inch BMX models sport features like chrome plating, powdercoat paint options, elevated chainstays, 3/8" thick dropouts, dent resistant, thick downtube walls. -
Yamaguchi
Yamaguchi custom builds bike frames in styles for cyclocross, messenger, road, time trial and track. They also build tandem frames. Most frame models feature Yamaguchi designed tubing; custom options also include tubesets from Columbus, Dedacciai, Reynolds, and True Temper. -
Curtlo
Curtlo builds handmade custom frames mainly with True Temper tubes. With models for cyclocross, road, mountain, tandem, and break-away bike. 29er series include a full suspension model, standard shocks with 4" or 5" of travel are from Fox Float R shocks; other shocks available. -
Fort
Fort frames are for road, triathlon/time trial and cyclocross. Road frames come in three different geometries of either classic horizontal top tube, full sloping top tube or semi-sloping. The TT.Aero triathlon frame is made from deep-section double-butted 7000 series aero tubing. Cyclocross models use materials like carbon, proprietary double-butted aluminum, or other alloys depending on the model. -
Canfield
Canfield Brothers make a frame with parallel suspensions, 8mm and 20mm bearings with custom axles, and is 7lbs with Fox 5.0 air. This 7"-8" travel frame is built in four different models, all have the same suspensions and links. -
Iron Horse
IronHorse frames are lightweight, short-distance designs. Iron Horse's Sunday series are downhill racing framesets, with an 8" travel frame.

BME
BME stands for Brano Meres Engineering & Design. BME MTB frames are built from carbon composite, bamboo and bamboo composite. The bamboo frame is constructed of bamboo rods connected with carbon composite joints. BME's C-Thru road frame is a precision welded frame made from solid carbon fiber rods with titanium and 7075 aluminum alloy components.

Ibis
Ibis frames include mountain and road & cross designs. The Ibis Silk SL frame boasts a 58cm frame weight of about 1000g. The Hakkalügi cyclocross frame features classic cross geometry, and made of carbon fiber weighs a little more than 1100g in a size 55. Ibis MTB frames include monocoque carbon frames, hardtail and suspension. -
Gunnar
Gunnar frames like their Fastlane are made with OS2 butted tube sets, featuring True Temper OX Platinum air-hardening steel alloys. Tubeset specifications vary by frame size to offer riders of all sizes the specifications they need. Asymmetrical D section chainstays on the Fastlane provide generous chainring and tire clearance.
