  • The Kickstand

    The Gainesville Community Bicycle Project, The Kickstand, aims to establish a non-profit organization that will provide free or inexpensive bicycle-related services to all persons without discrimination. Since we believe that the bicycle represents the most affordable, healthy, and environmentally sound form of transportation and recreation, we seek to encourage people to learn to maintain a bicycle themselves and to use it in a responsible manner. We will provide assistance in acquiring a reliable bicycle and scheduled access to knowledgeable volunteers and quality tools. It is our belief that by providing these services we can help build neighborhood involvement and create greater paths for communication and cooperation.

  • Krank It Up

    Krank It Up is a non-profit bicycle shop that provides the space and tools necessary to repair and maintain community members' bicycles. Krank It Up has a large amount of donated bicycles that can be repaired and turned back into alternative transportation.

  • Everglades Bicycle Club

    Began in 1976 the Everglades Bicycle Club advocates rider safety, shared roads between bicycles and cars, and promotes cycling enthusiasm. Based in southern Florida the Everglades Bicycle Club holds meetings once a month and offers weekly rides that include, weekday morning rides, week-long rides, and EZ Ride Saturdays, taking to the road at speeds around 15 MPH, as well as festivals, century rides and other club events.

  • Florida Freewheelers

    Florida Freewheelers has riders of all shapes, sizes, and skill levels ranging from recreational to racing with ages ranging from two to ninety-two.  They are based from Clermont, Florida.  The types of bikes their members ride include road bikes, hybrids, mountain bikes, tandems, and recumbents with scheduled rides for any of the bikes.  For each of the scheduled rides maps are handed out and for those with less experience, the ride leader makes sure no one rides alone.

  • Ridge Riders Mountain Bike Association

    Ridge Riders Mountain Bike Association is a mountain bike riding club in Florida.  The association is open to all riders of all ages and skill levels.  Ridge Riders is a non-profit organization focused on promoting off-road riding and trail maintenance in central Florida made up of cross-country riders, racers and freeriders from all over the state.  Ridge Riders schedules several rides every month.
  • Swamp Mountain Bike Club

    Swamp Mountain Bike Club is a mountain bike riding club in Tampa, Florida.  They schedule weekly guided mountain bike rides for cyclists of all skill levels, night rides, urban assaults, ladies only rides and club sponsored bike race events.  They also sponsor trail building and maintenance work parties in the Alafia River State Park, Balm Boyette Scrub Preserve, Wilderness Parks and Croom State Forest.  Swamp has training classes for novice riders and advanced riders several times a year.

  • Pensacola Off-Road Cyclists

    Pensacola Off-Road Cyclists are a group of off road bicycle riders from Pensacola, Florida and have members of all ages and riding abilities who love to mountain bike.  They are also active in maintaining mountain bike trails, assist in organizing mountain bike races and enhancing the sport.  P.O.R.C. schedules group rides that allow non-members to participate.
